Posting of Standard Operating Procedures
Discussing or posting specific Standard Operating Procedures is prohibited. These forums are designed as an outlet of daily frustrations and a place to acknowledge area of concern and/or expressing views of policy change wanted or currently happening within the workplace.
Any posts that contain specific SOP's will be deleted and the member's account suspended while under review.
General Rules
While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.
Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such.
Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.
Advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum, email, visitor messages, blog comments, picture comments and private message systems to spam other members. We also do not allow posts or links to sites that are sexual in nature or violate YOW Screeners standards. The YOW Screeners team shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.
Discussion of illegal activities such as software piracy and other intellectual property violations or unlawful sexual acts are not allowed.
Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed. While we are quite happy to have constructive comparative conversations about competitor's sites, we will not tolerate blatant adverts or the sort of ''ooh look, yet another sites or board'' threads. Also, we would appreciate it if you refrain from blatant bashing of other sites. We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.
If you are going to post non-English on these forums, please also post an English Translation of your post. Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
You cannot post any affiliate or referral links, or post anything asking for a referral. Such posts will be subject to removal.
You cannot post advertisements or notices for contests.
Support tickets should be considered to be confidential information. Support tickets posted in the forums will be deleted. We also reserve the right to ban anyone who wilfully violates the forum rules, as access to our support forums are a privilege and not a right. A banned customer is still entitled to support from the support system.
Advertising Services and Solicitation
We do not allow people to post threads or to send private messages or emails to users here that advertise or solicit any products, services, funds or donations. Explicit advertising and solicitations in signatures is also prohibited.
You should never give out your YOW Screeners username or password to anyone, and you should not disclose server logins and/or passwords to anyone except through the YOW Screeners support system. We can not take responsibility if you disclose this information to anyone else.
Moderation
Although the administrators and moderators of YOW Screeners Forum will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of YOW Screeners Forum. (developers of YOW Screeners) will be held responsible for the content of any message.
By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.
The owners of YOW Screeners Forum reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.
Staff Disputes

Piracy, BOTs, Copyrighted Material
YOW Screeners has a very strict policy against piracy and the illegal use of copyrighted material. Encouraging software or media piracy, including linking to or giving information about any site that seeks to distribute illegal software or media, or any site seeking help to circumvent any copyright laws, piracy is grounds for an immediate ban. This goes for all copyrighted material, including but not limited to games, movies, music, magazines, and videos. YOW Screeners Forum users agree not to post any material that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner(s) of said copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. Any content from outside locations is permitted as long as it abides by their (and our) permissions. On a similar note, using automatic scripts on any part of YOW Screeners is also not permitted. Hacking, altering board code and using scripts are all grounds for an immediate and permanent ban.
Flaming, Bashing, Trolling, and Spam
While it’s okay to have disagreements in discussions, name calling or other personal attacks will not be tolerated and will result in a ban. Trolling is defined as posting anything specifically designed to attract a negative reaction from an individual or group. Not all negative opinions are automatically considered trolling, but positive discussions are encouraged. Advertising, spamming or bumping of any thread is not permitted, and will result in a ban. Everyone is posting for a reason, and active contributions to discussion will always be welcomed. Determination of flaming, trolling, and spam posts will be made at the discretion of the YOW Screeners team.
Profanity
Use of profanity as personal expression, in pictures, or in text, is not allowed on the YOW Screeners boards. However, any profanity used will be subject to guidelines. Racial slurs or Hate Speech are not allowed and any person caught using them will be banned. Explicitly sexual or profane descriptions and writing are not allowed. (The YOW Screeners Forums are not your own personal Penthouse forums.) Profanity directed in an attack against another user is subject to the same considerations as flaming and trolling (see above). Usernames with profanity are prohibited.
Off-Topic Posts
Off-topic posts will be deleted or moved to the appropriate board. Excessively posting off topic content or hijacking and driving a discussion off topic will result in a warning or ban.
Impersonating Other Users, Accessing another User's Account, or Posting Users Information
You may not impersonate another member or create an account specifically for the purpose of provoking another user or group of users. Accessing or using someone else account or attempting to access another user's account is strictly prohibited, and will result in a permanent ban. You are responsible for your account. If somebody uses your account and gets banned, you are responsible unless there is IP proof that another user has maliciously used your account. In this case you will not be punished, however you will need to create a new account for security reasons.
Revealing users' personal information (without their consent) will result in your account being banned.
Bans
Ban times will be increased for repeat offences. Bans are private matters and are NOT discussed publicly. We only will discuss the nature, reason, and length of a ban with the user banned. If you log onto the YOW Screeners message forums and receive a message that you have been banned, please note the reason and time and wait for the ban to end. Or if you believe the ban is in error, please send a PM to a moderator and he or she will assist you from there. Your ban will then go through a review process and you will be notified within 24 hours of the review's outcome. It is standard practice on YOW Screeners to increase ban times for repeat offenders. Taking any action while banned other than privately disputing a ban claim (including posting/liking/messaging other users) on an alternate user name is not permitted, and will result in an extension of the current ban or membership being revoked.
Pornography & Sexually Explicit Content
Absolutely no forms of pornography are allowed on YOW Screeners or the forums. Images that contain sexual acts, pubic hair, female nipples, bare bottoms, bodily fluids or genitals that are in any way visible, even though clothing, are not permitted. We allow mature discussions of sexuality and pornography, but these discussions must remain mature at all times. If you plan on starting a sexual discussion, please do not use any sexually explicit or profane wording in the subject line. Any posts, pictures, jokes, or discussions with a clear intent to sexualize children, including sexually suggestive photos of anyone seemingly under the age of 18 will incur a permanent ban from YOW Screeners.
The use of unaltered classic art (excluding photographs/videos of people or acts depicting pornographic material) for the sake of discussion and not for the sole purpose of circumventing a ban on otherwise banned content is allowed.
Questionable Content
Since we can't have a rule to cover everything, this is the rule to, well, cover everything. These are guest and member boards, so act like you would if you were in a public place. (A nice place!) These issues are left to the discretion of individual moderators, but may include any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, misleading, spammy, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, sexist, obscene, racist, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, that otherwise violates any law, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offence. Asking for or offering any of the material listed above is also out not permitted.
There are thousands of posts on the YOW Screeners forum boards, so we can't always promise you'll receive a warning every time action has to be taken. By registering at the YOW Screeners Message Boards, users agree that any post deemed inappropriate may be removed at the sole discretion of YOW Screeners.

We reserve the right to update and modify these rules as the needs of the community dictate to ensure the smooth operation of this community.
